- No guarantee of compatibility with all systems

- Download links expire after 24 hours

- No refunds for digital products

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- Clients retain ownership of their content

- Rooted Creative Co. retains ownership of design elements and digital products

- License to use deliverables granted upon final payment

- Resale or redistribution of digital products is prohibited

4. PAYMENT AND BILLING

- All prices are in Canadian dollars

- Payment is required before delivery of digital products

- Web design services require a deposit and signed agreement

- Final payment must be received before website launch

5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

- Services and products provided "as is"

- No warranty of uninterrupted service

- Maximum liability limited to amount paid

- Not responsible for third-party services or products

6. TERMINATION

- We reserve the right to refuse service

- May terminate services for violation of terms

- Pre-paid fees non-refundable upon termination

- Client materials returned upon request
